Jim Stogdill is CTO at Gestalt (now part of Accenture), an innovative business and technology consulting firm where he focuses not just on technology, but on the business of using technology. His career in both the commercial and federal space has been based on crossing the chasm between people and the technologies they use.

Jim was a U.S. Navy submarine officer and in that capacity traveled all over the world, unfortunately it all looked like the inside of the submarine. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin (hook 'em Horns!) and an MSE in Management of Technology from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and The School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
